Natarajan Skating Academy - Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations related to skating competition registrations at Natarajan Skating Academy.

1. Registration Fee:

The standard registration fee for competitions is ₹750, unless otherwise specified for special events.

2. No Refund Policy:

• All registration fees paid are non-refundable.
• Once a payment is made and registration is complete, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. No Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations are not allowed once the registration is complete.
• Participants who are unable to attend the competition for any reason will not be eligible for a refund or transfer of their registration.

4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling:

• In the unlikely event that Natarajan Skating Academy cancels a competition, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event.
• If rescheduling is not possible, we may, at our discretion, offer credit for future events or process refunds.
• Natarajan Skating Academy is not liable for any additional costs incurred by participants (such as travel or accommodation) in the event of competition cancellation or rescheduling.

5. Exceptions:

Any exceptions to this policy will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Natarajan Skating Academy management.

6. Disputes:

Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations must be submitted in writing to enquiry@natarajanskating.com.

7. Changes to This Policy:

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

By registering for our skating competitions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
